STEPHEN A. PYHRR, CEO
As Senior Managing Director and CEO of SynerMark, Steve is responsible for all the company’s investments, asset and property management, marketing, research and consulting, and sales/leasing activities. He oversees the acquisition, operations, and disposition of a private equity portfolio that focuses on office, apartment, industrial, self storage, and retail properties throughout Texas and the southern U.S.
AUSTIN PYHRR, MANAGING DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Austin works with the accounting team, acquisitions/development team, and asset/property management team to manage operations for SynerMark’s directly held real estate, private placements, and third-party management and accounting assignments. He works with the accounting staff reviewing financial statements, analysis, draws, and cash management.
BEN BITTNER, MANAGING DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITIONS & ASSET MANAGMENT
As Managing Director, Ben is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing multifamily, office, retail, industrial and self-storage acquisitions and development opportunities. He is also responsible for the successful operation and repositioning of an existing portfolio of commercial and self-storage assets, with the goal of maximizing their value for investor partners.
MARK KENT, Property Management & Operations
As Head of Property Management for SynerMark, Mark assures the strategic and operational stability of his properties. He has instituted a culture within SynerMark that focuses on the long-term value of the asset. Mark’s ultimate goal is to increase investment value, maximize income and minimize vacancies for ownership. He works closely with property owners to define investment and management strategy set to exceed those goals.
DAISHA GBADAMOSI, Property Controller
Daisha is responsible for the financial reporting and cash management for private placements and third-party property management assignments, including detailed monthly review of all financial statements. Some of her other duties include budget preparation and review, as well as annual operating expense reimbursement calculations.
EMILY SANCHEZ, INVESTOR RELATIONS & ADMINISTRATION
As Managing Director of Administration and Head of Investor Relations for SynerMark, Emily provides support for the Acquisition and Investment teams. She handles monthly reporting to investors, the administration of contracts, processing of invoices, and draws. She is the investor liaison handling numerous property management and asset management duties, along with office administration.
GINA GIAMANCO, SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER
As Property Manager, Gina oversees property and maintenance operations, lease administration, tenant relationships, preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial reporting packages, reconciliation of annual operating expenses and negotiating service contracts. She currently manages office, retail and industrial properties containing over 250,000 SF for directly held, private placements and third-party ownerships.
TINA CASE, ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Tina is responsible for accounts payable operations, monthly financial reporting packages, payroll processing and accounting software support. She works closely with directors and property accountants to analyze and understand business requirements and software functionality to ensure the integrity of accounting and reporting data.
