Every property acquired and operated by SynerMark has a significant value-added capital improvement strategy and plan that its management team can execute upon acquisition – achieving an optimal mix of increased occupancy, increased rental rates, improved tenant mix and stability, lower operating expenses, and improved overall operations through better management and marketing. Properties are typically owned for five to seven years, but some have been owned and operated for up to 25 years.
