Property & asset management

SynerMark has provided services to more than 50 million square feet of income property under management across the U.S., managing commercial real estate for third-party clients and fund investors. We consistently work to increase our portfolio's operating efficiencies, enhance the value of our properties, and produce high yield returns for investors.

ACCOUNting, financial reporting, tax/audit support

Measuring, evaluating, and financial reporting on property performance is a critical (yet often neglected) part of owning and operating investment property. SynerMark utilizes Yardi Voyager, a recognized leader in commercial real estate software.  Custom reporting packages can be developed to provide the reporting that clients need to effectively operate their investment real estate.  Our accounting team is meticulous and experienced, and all financial reports are thoroughly prepared and reviewed.

In addition to providing accounting services for investments in which SynerMark is directly involved and properties under management, we welcome the opportunity to provide Accounting Only services to third parties who self-manage properties, develop real estate projects, and/or form and operate real estate funds.  Our group's broad experience includes the following:

  • Full-scope accounting services to owners who prefer to self-manage, including working with a client’s on-site staff, processing of payables and coordination with outside tax accountants.

  • Fund accounting services to clients who form and operate real estate funds and portfolios.  Our experience with real estate funds and portfolios includes consolidations of fund level entities and owned properties, handling audits of funds and working with outside tax accountants. We have worked with investment companies and funds reporting on Standard Accrual, GAAP, Fair Value, and Cash Basis reporting.
